A pivotal milestone came in 2018, when ECP successfully led two landmark M&A transactions, resulting in the establishment of one of the first blended finance mid-market advisory firms. This initiative was a direct response to the growing call for governments to leverage private capital to bridge funding gaps and achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Building on this foundation, ECP directors have since developed a robust Impact Funds Management Strategy, focusing on creating progressively larger impact funds aligned with their mission. By championing blended finance solutions, ECP continues to play a leadership role in mobilizing private and public capital to support the realization of the UN SDGs, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to sustainable and inclusive development.
